How do you get a company that’s already doing great, to do better?

The battle for online market share is tougher and more expensive than ever. The problem was that there weren’t many differences between their competitors online marketing strategy and their own. In the automotive world there are large well-known corporate
companies that focus on offering marketing services to automotive dealers – not caring if they make you unknowingly compete with one another using the same strategies. House of Cars Inc. found themselves in a similar situation and our job was to pull them out.

House of Cars Inc. was already at the top of their game; With top dealer awards won for two consecutive years, 5 locations & a brand that could not be forgotten. Growth was steady, competition high – but we knew they could reach passed their “limits” towards a
larger goal – to completely dominate their market and competitors.

The Solution

Audit & Evaluation
We ran a comprehensive audit to determine areas of improvement and reconciled
vendor invoices. We determined their true online marketing ROI and areas they
can save/reallocate marketing dollars.


Improved Strategy
Based on data, we put in a lot of leg work and strategies to build a series of
conversion focused funnels and landing pages with messages relevant to the
audiences we were going to target. We launched shortly after.


Innovation
We hit amazing milestones and results over the course of the first 12 months,
and to this day we continue to reach limitless peaks and are constantly finding
new and innovative ways to increase conversions and performance month over
month for our long term client, House of Cars.

The New Digital Marketing Efforts Improved Results!

We began our partnership more than two years ago. Since then, 3 more locations were opened in less than a year,  they have expanded their market to the United States, and continue to open new locations to date. They’ve won more consecutive awards and have taken the biggest market share in their province.

We have also happily accepted the offer to continue our marketing efforts for House of Cars in the USA now, with the goal to dominate their market there as well.
